We’re excited to announce a new intelligence-sharing partnership between Range and zeroShadow - two organizations aligned in their mission to secure and monitor blockchain ecosystems at scale. This collaboration will improve the depth of Range’s observability tooling, strengthen incident response readiness, and bring real-world adversary data directly into our transaction security and risk analysis products.
zeroShadow is one of the leading firms in the space for full-spectrum Web3 security operations, serving as an extension of their clients’ security teams with their 24/7 virtual SOC and incident response (IR) capabilities. Their work spans the full lifecycle of protocol security - prepare, prevent, respond, and recover - with clients including 1inch, StarkWare, Radiant, Gauntlet, and others.
In total, zeroShadow’s team has worked on more than 350 exploit investigations, supporting recovery operations for over $250M+ in compromised funds. They’ve been involved in high-profile cases ranging from North Korea-linked attacks to complex wallet drainer campaigns. Their ability to trace funds, coordinate with exchanges, and deploy countermeasures in real time has made them a go-to partner for teams facing emergent threats.
The partnership allows Range to ingest emerging threat intelligence and incident data directly into our analytics and security pipelines. This means smarter and earlier detection across our products - especially within our Transaction Security and the Risk API.
As zeroShadow uncovers new indicators of compromise, attacker infrastructure, and malicious behaviors, Range’s security and intelligence products will benefit from real-time, real-world, forensic data - enabling earlier detection, tighter anomaly scoring, and more accurate threat classification, often before exploits are publicly known.
These new intelligence capabilities will also strengthen our ability to support partners during incidents. Whether it’s tracing attacker funds using Range Trail or configuring live alerts for anomalous behavior, our tools will now operate with greater context and precision. For security teams and protocol operators using Range, the benefits will be immediate: faster time to detection, better risk scoring, and more actionable intelligence.
Both Range and zeroShadow believe that effective blockchain security is not just about static scans or isolated audits. It’s about continuous monitoring, real-time response, and network-wide collaboration. By combining Range’s blockchain observability platform with zeroShadow’s operational security experience, we’re raising the bar for what proactive web3 security and intelligence can look like.
Range is the leading real-time intelligence and security platform for teams across Solana, Cosmos, Stellar and Polkadot. If you’d like to see how the partnership enhances the protection we can offer your protocol, or learn more about how to integrate our Risk APIs, transaction security tools, or real-time alerts into your workflows, get in touch.
About Range
Range is the leading blockchain security and intelligence platform, operating across ecosystems. We work with teams like the Solana Foundation, Circle, dYdX, and Osmosis to deliver secure, cross-chain infrastructure. Our products include the industry’s first Cross-Chain Explorer – tracking activity across 105+ chains, bridges and interoperability protocols – as well as real-time monitoring, alerting, and forensic tools used by developers, security teams, and protocols alike.
From the USDC Explorer powering Circle’s CCTP to the Solana Transaction Security Standard adopted by Squads Protocol, Range’s tools secure over $30B in onchain assets. We also provide IBC Rate Limit contracts on Cosmos and Range Trail, our cross-chain forensics engine, to support investigations and incident response across networks.
